About Us
Desi is an experienced Environmental Engineer with over 8 years of expertise in the environmental and sustainability sector. Her background includes Life Cycle Assessment, Environmental Impact Assessment, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems, and Sustainability Monitoring, including greenhouse gas data tracking and calculations.
Even in roles focused on Environmental Management, Desi always found a way to follow her true passion: sustainability.
Over time, she came to a powerful realisation that true sustainability goes beyond environmental care. It requires practical action, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of how a business truly operates. Sustainability should be part of daily operations, not a side project or a box-ticking exercise.
This insight sparked a new chapter. Desi decided it was time to embrace a broader challenge to bring sustainability into the core of business strategy. That’s how GreenMetric was born.
